William E. Heney is founding member and managing director of Heney & Associates, LLC. Mr. Heney was formerly an honors judicial clerk at the Massachusetts Land Court. Mr. Heney concentrates his practice in the area of Real Estate and Bankruptcy.  Mr. Heney counsels clients in the acquisition, disposition and financing of real estate.  Mr. Heney counsels property owners, attorneys and national title insurance companies resolve disputes relating to title of real estate in the Massachusetts Land Court.

Ms. Giardina has been an Attorney with Heney & Associates, LLC since 2003 concentrating her practice in Residential and Commercial  Real Estate Conveyancing, Estate Planning and Small Entity Corporate Formation. Ms. Giardina works closely with Real Estate Agents and Lender to facilitate a smooth closing process for both Buyers and Sellers.
