William E. Heney is founding member and managing director of Heney & Associates, LLC. Mr. Heney was formerly an honors judicial clerk at the Massachusetts Land Court. Mr. Heney concentrates his practice in the area of Real Estate and Bankruptcy.  Mr. Heney counsels clients in the acquisition, disposition and financing of real estate.  Mr. Heney counsels property owners, attorneys and national title insurance companies resolve disputes relating to title of real estate in the Massachusetts Land Court.

Since graduating from Suffolk University Law School with her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Murphy has practiced civil litigation in Boston representing both individuals and corporations.  During Law School, Ms. Murphy was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board Journal of Trial and Appellate Advocacy and Tax Moot Court.  She received Honorable Mention Brief Award for best legal brief in her Legal Practice Skills Class.  She was also a research assistant for Professor Black and assisted in the research for the article "The Rise and Fall of the Mental Health Inquiry for Bar Admission." Throughout her undergraduate and law school career, Ms. Murphy worked at law firms in the North Shore and Boston area concentrating in civil litigation.

Additionally, she served with the Boston Faith and Justice Network as a member of their team from 2022-2023.
